Remuneration policy

As an ANBI-registered religious denomination, we are committed to transparency and serving the public interest. Our compensation policy for board members and employees is based on these principles:

  1. Expense Reimbursement: Board members and employees may be eligible for reasonable expense reimbursement for costs incurred in the course of their duties for the religious denomination. This reimbursement is granted based on actual expenses incurred and must comply with the guidelines of the Tax Authority.
  2. Volunteer Work: Many activities within our religious denomination are carried out by volunteers. These volunteers do not receive financial compensation for their services but are valued and recognized for their dedication and commitment.
  3. Board Compensation: Board members of our religious denomination do not receive compensation for their board duties. This is in line with our belief that the board serves a servant role and is dedicated to the common good of the community.
  4. Employee Salaries: Salaries for employees of the religious denomination are determined based on market competitiveness, taking into account the nature and scope of their position, as well as the financial capabilities of the religious denomination. Salaries are evaluated annually and may be adjusted if necessary, with approval from the board.
  5. Transparency and Reporting: Annually, a report is published on our website listing the compensation and reimbursements of board members and employees. This report provides transparency on how financial resources are utilized and complies with the requirements of ANBI registration.

This compensation policy is established with integrity, fairness, and accountability in mind, aiming to earn and maintain the trust of our community. We are committed to upholding the principles of good governance and serving the public interest.
